Southeastern Europe prospects brighten, Croatia eyes EU boost

Property in Croatia and the whole of southeastern Europe is set to benefit as investors are priced out of core central Europe, a recent conference heard. Tourism developments will be important, and EU entry should boost Croatia, Caroline Studdert reports.
