Polish housing outstrips growing sales - REAS

Housing sales kept an upward trend in the six main Polish markets in first quarter and consultant REAS reports substantial offer growth in most cities, reflecting new project launches and relaunched sales of projects suspended in the crisis. Developers are planning more this year than last, but with the current supply surplus, prices are likely to fall again.
