German REIT law hampers sector growth - seminar

Many international institutions are looking to invest in listed German companies, especially G-REITs but the latter have a hard time reaching critical mass due to their introduction just before the financial crisis, and currently restrictive German laws, a Frankfurt seminar heard on Wednesday.
