US Situs’ Nordic JV to tackle HSH ¤3bn property loans

US commercial real estate advisor Situs has formed a joint venture with Germany’s Hamburg-based HSH Nordbank and Helios AMC from San Francisco to provide servicing for the ¤3bn HSH property loan book. The new firm, Situs Nordic Services, will also offer third-party loan servicing and real estate advice throughout the Nordic region.
