Irish Signature eyes more retail after Cologne’s Neumarkt - MD

Dublin-based private equity company Signature Capital is eyeing more retail assets in the UK and Germany after leading a consortium to buy Cologne’s Neumarkt Galerie shopping mall last month, says its managing director. Signature led a consortium last month that paid slightly less than ¤135m for Neumarkt.
