Etalon wins $480m contract for St Petersburg ExpoForum centre

ExpoForum, the company formed to build a major congress and exhibition centre in St Petersburg, has appointed London-listed Russian residential developer Etalon Group to build the first phase under a contract worth RUB14bn ($480m).
