German house, office price rises set to continue - vdp

Prices for single-family homes and condominiums in Germany rose by 0.4% in the second quarter, while rising demand for office space, especially from abroad, boosted prices of these by 4.1%, says the German Pfandbrief bank association vdp. Both trends are set to continue if the macroeconomic situation remains stable.
