German RE fund outlows hit hardest by Japan - DTZ

Recent outflows from German open-ended property funds mainly hit those invested globally, particularly in Japan, says realtor DTZ. New Berlin GOEPF rules to protect investors reposition the vehicles now as a medium- to long-term play.
