US servicer Helios buys Situs for European expansion

US-based special servicer Helios AMC has acquired global real estate advisor Situs, giving it a presence in Europe for the first time. While the combined operation will be headquartered in Houston, Texas, the group has offices in London, Frankfurt, Dublin and Copenhagen.
