Czech PPF opens ¤100m M5 Ryazan mall, first in Russia

PPF Real Estate Russia, a division of Czech-based PPF, has opened its first shopping centre in Russia, the M5 Mall in Ryazan with GLA of 66,000 sq.m. Financing for the investment of over ¤100m was secured from the Czech Export Bank and Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation.
