German WestImmo faces liquidation after Apollo bid rejected

German property bank WestImmo, a subsidiary of landesbank WestLB, said it is likely to face liquidation through a ‘bad bank’ after the bid by US-based private equity group Apollo Global Management was rejected as too low.
