Foreign investment in Spanish property up 27% to ¤3.6bn

Foreign investment in Spanish real estate totalled ¤3.6bn in 2011, up 27.8%, with three consecutive quarterly volumes surpassing ¤1bn, a phenomenon not seen since 2008, said the Bank of Spain. 3Q11 investment rose by 19% against 3Q10.
