European crisis throws real estate into limbo - PwC/ULI Emerging Trends

Europe's economic crisis has left real estate in limbo, with preferred markets chosen more for their safe haven potential than high growth, and specialised non-core investments gaining attention, according to Emerging Trends in Real Estate, the annual forecast by PwC and Urban Land Institute, released today.
