Allianz, Covea win hostile takeover of French REIT FPF

Firms controlled by insurance groups Allianz and Covea have succeeded in their takeover bid for French REIT Fonciere Paris France, having gained control of 84% of the equity by last Friday, the French AMF financial supervisor announced.
