French RE to return stable 6.4% but home prices to slide - IEIF

French property research institute IEIF has renewed its optimistic forecast for performance in the nation's office market at 6.4% for 2012, says senior adviser Pierre Schoeffler. IEIF also sees a 3%-5% yearly fall in French house prices in the next three years.
