German RE funds wind-up seen hitting NL office, Balkans

The wind-up of many German open-end property funds, likely to extend this year, is causing concern in commercial real estate around Europe. Morgan Stanley says the office market most affected will be the Netherlands, while participants at PIE's Balkans Property Breakfast see the fall-out of demand weakening prices.
