Azerbaijan developer aims at 1km skyscraper record

Azerbaijan developer Avesta Consern is planning a set of artificial islands in the Caspian Sea complete with a 1km-high skyscraper outstripping the world's present highest building Burj Khalifa in Dubai by over 150m, according to global realtor DTZ.
