Spain commercial RE investment down 20% – Deloitte

Commercial real estate investment in Spain fell 20% in 2011, a contraction that would have been much sharper without the purchase in December of Madrid’s Torre Picasso, which accounted for 45% of office total, says Deloitte Real Estate.
