French Altarea takes 95% of e-commerce firm

French shopping centre REIT/SIIC Altarea Cogedim has taken almost full control of e-commerce company RueduCommerce after a successful bid. The acquisition is part of a move to a new business model developing e-commerce in parallel to its physical shopping centres.
