European office take-up falls but German cities strong – BNP RE

Office take-up in the main markets in western Europe fell slightly in fourth quarter from 3Q11, but strong demand brought the greatest activity in the German cities of Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich and Hamburg, says realtor BNP Paribas Real Estate.
