NL's Heijmans to write down housing, report net loss
31 January 2012, 10:35 PM
Dutch housing developer Heijmans said it expects to declare a 2011 net loss of up to ¤40m when fully reporting on 1 March – mainly due to non-cash value adjustments on property assets. But it expects underlying operating profit of some ¤25m.
