French Klepierre boosts cash-flow, NAV; rents, disposals to pick up

Paris-based shopping centre group Klepierre boosted 2011 net current cash-flow and asset value and will propose a dividend increase of 7.4%. It provided no earnings figures but said revenues should rise by 4% this year, and it will pick up the pace of disposals.
