Italy's IGD specialist aims to become REIT/SIIQ this year, bucking trend
Italian listed real estate company IGD will become a REIT
for this tax year. The company, which specialises in large retail
properties, will become Italy's first and likely only REIT/SIIQ
for the debut year of the tax advantaged investment vehicle.
