Spain's Colonial 21% owned by creditor banks as Portillo, Nozaleda sell
Luis Portillo, founder and former chairman of struggling Spanish property group Colonial, has sold a 24.6% stake to his creditor banks as part of the process of rescuing it from financial turmoil. Second-largest shareholder Luis Nozaleda, with a 12% stake, is also in talks to swap loans for equity. Nozaleda controls Group Nozar
