Spanish indebted property owners now putting all assets up for sale, GRI hears
Spanish commercial real estate, particularly in the capital Madrid, has in the last few months quickly become hugely attractive to international institutions, and debt-pressured owners who until very recently were selling off only secondary assets are now offering even the best properties for disposal, a session at the Deutsche GRI in Frankfurt heard.
