Austria's Warimpex CEE developer surpasses IPO's 2007 targets, doubles EBIT
Austria's listed emerging eastern Europe hotel investor and developer Warimpex said 2007 results surpassed IPO goals and kept a fast past of growth. It reported a 107% rise in EBIT to e47.2m due to higher sales, and a 26% rise in triple net asset value to e10.8 per share.
