Colonial's French REIT SFL sees 8% rise in first quarter rental income
French REIT Société Foncière Lyonnaise, in the midst of being divested by its struggling majority Spanish owner Inmobiliaria Colonial, reported 8.2% growth in rental income in first quarter 2008 to e44.5m. Like-for-like, property rentals rose 2.4%.
