Germany's DIC Asset has 1Q08 fall in net due to higher financing costs
German listed commercial property investor and developer DIC Asset reported a drop in consolidated net income in first quarter to e3.3m from e4.9m in 1Q07, but said this remained an attractive return, matching its projections in a market environment that continues to be challenging.
