Continental European real estate markets no longer in denial - JLL's Horrell
Continental European real estate markets were in denial in the second half of last year over the potential impact of the credit crisis on asset prices, but this changed completely in the first quarter of 2008 when transaction volumes dropped 38% compared to 1Q07, according to Tony Horrell, Head of European Capital Markets at Jones Lang LaSalle.
