Icelandic magnates juggle stakes in Danish Property Group
Two Icelandic-controlled groups have built a 22.5% stake in Property Group, based in Denmark, bringing the soon-to-list Copenhagen real estate investment firm under almost complete control of Icelandic investors. Iceland's Novator Properties and the bank Straumur - a former majority shareholder in Novator - have taken the stake through a joint holding.
