German institutions shift to property funds from direct holdings - INREV
German institutional investors are shifting into property funds and out of direct real estate ownership in an accelerating trend, says INREV, the 300-member European association of investors in unlisted real estate funds. German INREV membership has nearly doubled in the last 18 months.
