Plaza Centers consortium wins e1.5bn Budapest casino project
AIM-listed emerging markets property developer Plaza Centers said a consortium in which it holds a 30% stake has won a tender for the first major casino licence to be awarded in Hungary, part of a e1.5bn entertainment and mixed use development Dream Island in central Budapest.
