Italian property investment, including housing, up 5% to e104bn
Italian real estate investment last year, including housing, rose 5% to e104bn, or roughly 18% of the total for the largest five European Union nations. Sales for 2008 are around e130bn, out of some e730bn forecast for the country group, organisers of Expo Italia Real Estate trade fair say.
