French REIT free float deadline to bring sales, possible mergers - Citi
The approach of the deadline for increasing free float in the capital of French REITs means that up to e2bn could be sold into the general market to comply, says a study by Citibank. However this amount of placement appears unrealistic and merger activity is more likely, using cross-equity holdings.
