German sustainability certificate seen good news for domestic real estate
The German Sustainable Building Council and the federal Building Ministry are jointly developing a sustainability certificate as a tool for investors, contractors and users to measure the quality of construction - and Hamburg-based fund manager Union Investment is one institution that sees this as vitally important.
