Italian real estate urged to seize REIT opportunities, improve transparency
The Italian property community needs to do more work to seize the opportunities in Real Estate Investment Trusts, to get product to market to form these vehicles, and to bring transparency up to best practice, says the CEO of the European Public Real Estate Association Philip Charls.
