Italy to merge public real estate agencies, sell e4bn in ex-barracks
The new Italian government is evaluating the merger of three public sector real estate entities to handle disposals of state-owned property, and to support the sell-off of e4bn worth of former military barracks currently managed by the Demanio agency.
