Norwegian Properties e313m rights issue 40% oversubscribed
An extraordinary stockholders meeting of the stock market listed Norwegian Properties has been asked by management to approve an already fully underwritten rights issue to raise share capital needed for financing the acquisition of Norgani Hotels and other purposes.
