Austria's Immofinanz, Immoeast to buy out Constantia real estate; launch funds
One of the most closely-watched events in recent Austrian real estate finance - the sale by Constantia Privatbank of its property assets - has been resolved with an in-house agreement for the listed Immofinanz and its 54%-owned Immoeast to purchase bank property activities for e440m.
