AXA REIM closes e466m French, Swiss Accor hotel deal
AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, part of the AXA insurance group, has closed the acquisition of the first tranche of a 57-hotel portfolio in France and Switzerland from the Accor group, originally signed in December 2007. The total transaction will amount to e466m.
