French SIIC Gecina pays e157m for Khapa Boulogne Billancourt
French REIT/SIIC Gecina, still in the midst of a separation from Spanish listed group Metrovacesa, has bought the mixed office and retail complex Khapa in the Paris suburb of Boulogne Billancourt from Hines European Development Fund for e157m.
