Natixis, Credit Suisse close e150m facility for Colony, Eurozeo fund
The French and Swiss banks Natixis and Credit Suisse have closed a e150m senior secured revolving credit facility for the real estate fund Colyzeo Investors II, a joint venture between the private equity groups Colony Capital and Eurozeo. The funds are to finance real estate investments in Europe, working capital and other general purposes.
