Sweden sells Vasakronan property group to domestic AP fund for e4.4bn
The Swedish government has finally announced the sale of the state-owned property company Vasakronan to AP Fastigheter, one of the country's large state pension funds focused on real estate, for a price of SEK41.1bn (e4.4bn). It intends to use the proceeds to amortise public debt.
