French retail mall REIT/SIIC Klépierre raises e750m syndicated loan
French shopping centre REIT/SIIC Klépierre has signed a term loan to raise new funding of e750m with a syndicate of six banks. Due in June 2011, the loan will be used primarily to refinance a e600m bond with 6.125% coupon interest, that matured in the last few days.
