Germany's Hesse restarts auction of e400m Leo III portfolio
The German federal state of Hesse has restarted its auction sale of the state facilities and office buildings bundled in the Leo III portfolio. The state finance ministry, which discontinued its initial attempt to sell when the sub-prime crisis struck, is looking for about e400m for the portfolio.
