Spain's Colonial to yield stake in builder FCC; reinstate Bruguera as chairman
Listed Spanish property group Colonial has decided to surrender its 15% stake in builder FCC - for around e50 per share, less than the e78 it paid but above the e35 current price. It will soon name as chairman Juan José Bruguera, CEO before it was bought by Inmocaral in April 2007.
