Austria's Meinl to invest e370m in three Romanian malls with partner
Austrian listed investment company Meinl European Land, recently taken over by Tel Aviv-based property company Gazit Globe and Citi Property Investors, will invest some e370m of its own resources in three shopping centres in Bucharest, Arad and Constanta, to be developed in partnership with Austrian development company Krammer & Wagner.
