Private holding company boosts German DIC Asset stake to nearly 40%
The private holding group for German commercial property investor DIC Asset, Deutsche Immobilien Chance, has boosted its dominant stake in the traded vehicle to 39.4% by purchasing a 4.9% stakeholding from private equity group Forum Partners.
