Fidelity's Pembroke makes first Nordic acquisitions to follow French assets
Pembroke Real Estate, the real estate investment arm of the Boston-based Fidelity funds group, has made its first acquisitions in the Nordic region, acquiring 12 office and retail assets in main business districts of Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki for an undisclosed sum.
