French REIT Altarea raise e375m; founders' stake falls below 60%
French shopping centre REIT/SIIC Altarea has raised e375m through a capital increase to existing shareholders and private placement to giant Dutch pension fund ABP, diluting the founders, including France's wealthiest property entrepreneur Alain Taravella, below 60%, soon to be a legal ownership limit for French REITs.
